Community Members:  Please note following important alert from Loudoun County.

Loudoun County residents are asked to make sure their address is visible to emergency personnel in the wake of the record-setting snowstorm that dumped nearly three feet of snow in many sections of the county.

Public safety officials are telling residents whose addresses can no longer be seen - because, for example, their mailbox is covered by snow - to post their address on their front door so that it is visible for emergency vehicles. Residents should put their address on a piece of paper in clear and large print and tape it to their front door.

NOTICE - DEER BOW HUNT LOCATIONS AND TIMEFRAME

Pursuant to a resolution passed by the Beacon Hill Community Association (BHCA) Board of Directors August 28, 2009 which approved use of certain Community Owned Open Space parcels for the purpose of responsible deer management, this notice serves to inform Members that legal bow hunts of Whitetail deer will be conducted on two Community Owned Open Space parcels this year between January 15th and March 27th. (Exception: Virginia law prohibits hunting on Sundays.)

REMINDER:  2010 Residential Assessment Payment Due NOW

Payment Options are as follows:

PAY in Full: $1,524 (Hamlet C members: $1,644) by Jan 31, 2010.

Quarterly Payments: $381 (Hamlet C members: $411) by Jan 31, Apr 30, July 31, Oct 31

Monthly Payments: $127 (Hamlet C members: $137) by the tenth of each month.

Please continue to mail your payments directly to the HOA’s bank lockbox service at the address noted below.  Please ensure your BHCA account number (your Lot number) is shown on the face of the check.
