The next Beacon Hill Dinner Club evening is scheduled for Saturday, August 28, 2010. Interested community members please respond by July 28, 2010  to club coordinator at .

Each respondent will receive a confirmation within 1 week of their response.  If no confirmation is received, please send an enquiry to to ensure your response email is received.

Dinner groups of 4 couples will be selected randomly from the pool of respondents and grouped with one of the volunteer hosts.  No home will be expected to host more than once a year. Everyone who responds by the submission date will be included in a group.  The roster for the dinner schedule will then be sent via email to all participants as well as the designated host and address for each dinner group.

It is recommended that the host select a cuisine theme for the evening (ex. Italian or Chinese, etc). The host will provide the main entrée and each participant will bring an assigned side dish. The host will communicate the cuisine choice, main entrée and assigned side type (vegetable, salad, desert) to each participant.

We will all meet for cocktails at 6:00 and then depart to our various dinner locations at approx. 7:15.  Specific locations will be communicated once all the responses are received on July 28.

Each participant will bring their own beverage(s) of choice for the evening

All other details will be left to the individual dinner groups.
