Lots within Beacon Hill Community Association are subject to sign restrictions.

The specifications for FOR SALE signs are:

• Size:  24" x 30"
• Material:  P.V.C..  Background 1/4" thick.  Roof, bottom moulding & graphic panel 1/2" thick.
• Colors:  White and Sapphire Blue vinyl.
• Supports:  2" x 4" x 6' HT (two req'd) P.V.C. with flat top and set 24" in ground.
• All components are P.V.C. glued and sign is attached to supports with stainless steel phillip head screws.
• 
  The approved sign (see picture) can be customized and purchased from the following vendor, or other reputable sign companies in the area.
